Hard-floor cleaning · Morganton & the NC foothills

A deeper clean.
A fresher feeling underfoot.

For the tracked-in dirt, everyday residue, and stubborn surface soil that routine sweeping and mopping can leave behind.

The Clean Slate Floor Reset

Lift the dirt.
Keep the floor you love.

We inspect your flooring, choose a compatible cleaning method, loosen removable soil, and recover the dirty residue. The aim is a cleaner surface—not a new coating or a temporary shine.

For approved tile surfaces, that may mean a steam-scrubbing pass followed by wet pickup. For wood, laminate, or luxury vinyl, we follow the flooring maker’s low-moisture care instructions instead.

  • Inspect the material, finish, seams, and existing damage
  • Remove loose grit before focused cleaning
  • Test the selected method in an inconspicuous area
  • Agitate compatible buildup and lift away dirty residue
  • Check edges, residual moisture, and the finished result
The right method matters

Different floors.
Different care.

A sealed surface alone does not mean steam or a wet-cleaning machine is appropriate.

Cleaning, not restoration. No stripping, waxing, sanding, refinishing, grout replacement, or repair. Worn finishes, scratches, and permanent stains cannot be washed away.

Before you book

Good questions. Clear answers.

How much does hard-floor cleaning cost?

Floor Reset starts at $79 for one accessible area up to 200 square feet with light-to-moderate soil. Additional eligible floor area starts at $0.35 per square foot. Heavy buildup, extra detail, furniture handling, and travel outside the standard route are assessed and quoted before work begins.

Can you steam clean hardwood, laminate, or luxury vinyl?

We do not steam clean wood, laminate, or luxury vinyl under our standard service. Those floors receive only methods allowed by their flooring and finish manufacturers. Steam is reserved for suitable tile or other explicitly approved surfaces after inspection and a test area.

Does this remove old wax, scratches, or worn finish?

No. This is a soil-removal and maintenance service. It does not include stripping, waxing, refinishing, polishing, regrouting, or repairs. Permanent stains and worn finishes may remain after cleaning.

What equipment do you use?

On approved surfaces, the process may include a steam scrubber to loosen compatible soil followed by a wet-cleaning machine that collects dirty liquid. Equipment and solution are selected for the specific floor. If a machine or moisture is unsuitable, we use an appropriate low-moisture method or decline the treatment.

Can you clean just one room?

Yes. The $79 starting offer is designed for one eligible, accessible area up to 200 square feet. Additional rooms or greater floor area are quoted using the actual cleanable area.

Can I set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly floor care?

Yes. After the initial reset, maintenance starts at $79 weekly, $89 every two weeks, or $109 monthly per visit for up to 500 square feet of eligible floor area. Initial cleaning, larger areas, and heavier conditions are priced separately.
