This service works best after belongings and debris have been removed, with utilities available. We agree on the areas and tasks before the appointment and coordinate the cleaning around access, movers, and your handoff date.
Your agreed checklist may include
- Kitchens, bathrooms, accessible fixtures, and surfaces
- Empty cabinet and drawer interiors when included in the quote
- Appliance interiors when requested and quoted
- Accessible baseboards and detail dusting as agreed
- Vacuuming and surface-appropriate hard-floor cleaning
Plan the timing before moving day.
Schedule the cleaning after the movers have finished and before the next occupants arrive whenever possible. Let us know about stairs, parking, alarms, key access, and any landlord or property-manager checklist. Cleaning can improve presentation, but it does not guarantee a security-deposit refund or replace repairs.
