Weekly care starts at $59 for one qualifying accessible floor area up to 200 sq ft. Existing biweekly and monthly starting plans cover up to 500 sq ft. First-time Floor Reset is separate. Final pricing reflects floor type, soil level, total area, access and route availability.
Initial Floor Reset priced separately. Rates cover accessible, maintained floors within a standard service route. Extra buildup, furniture handling, difficult access, any travel charge, and applicable taxes are additional and discussed before booking. Prices are per visit, not per month.

Steam is not a routine requirement. On wood, laminate, and luxury vinyl, the standard plan uses no steam.
