Home cleaning is quoted individually based on size, condition, frequency, pets, access, and the tasks you request. The $79 floor offer is a separate small-area service, not a whole-home cleaning price.
What is the difference between recurring and deep cleaning?
Recurring service maintains an agreed routine checklist. Deep cleaning allows more focused attention to buildup, edges, and detail work after the scope is discussed.
Can I add windows or a deeper floor clean?
Yes. Ask for those services when requesting your estimate so the scope and price can be confirmed separately.
Do I need to be home?
We can discuss an agreed access arrangement before the visit. Share pet instructions and any rooms or items that should be left alone.
